This is a 17 story apartment building that includes retail and parking on the bottom floors and apartments on the upper floors. There was a fire at this building, not long after completion, in one of the apartments that our fire sprinklers extinguished.
Johnny “Football” Manziel lived in the penthouse on the top floor!
