Sooner Center dormitory at University of Oklahoma

AFPG has installed the fire sprinkler systems for the University of Oklahoma’s new athletic dorms. The O U Sooner Center is a six story, 226,265 square foot college dormitory building.
AFPG installed 2 wet sprinkler systems consisting of 2,200 heads and 5 standpipes. The fire sprinkler system was designed per NFPA-13 and NFPA-13R 2010 Edition standards and also meets local code requirements set forth by the University of Oklahoma's Fire Marshall office. AFPG's design team designed and coordinated the fire sprinkler system using 3D modeling to avoid construction conflicts in the field and to make certain that every detail was considered and included.
