This project consists of 52,000 square feet of occupied hospital renovation and 110,000 square feet of expansion in numerous areas.

This is a very challenging project due to existing conditions in a hospital that has received numerous expansions over the past 50 years. We are installing a new fire pump, dry systems and standpipe systems. All areas of the hospital must remain in operation as this project evolves thru 18 phases.
