Isleta Hotel & Convention Center

This project is on the Isleta Indian Reservation, south of Albuquerque, New Mexico. AFPG installed the combination fire sprinkler and standpipe systems that included 2700 sprinklers, standpipes and fire pump in this six story, 311,700 square foot project, which was completed on schedule and within budget.

The design incorporated three-dimensional modeling in the shop drawings with mechanical and electrical contractors, and we were able to avoid construction conflicts. There was a one hundred foot high atrium that the designee worked with F.M. Global to design as they had no set design for an atrium of this height. There is a dry system to cover the large Porte Coacher.

The fire sprinkler and standpipe systems were designed and installed in accordance with F.M. Global criteria as this is the reservations requirement.
