Health Science Center

The Texas A&M Health Science Center headquarters in Bryan/College Station, Texas is the start of a new campus for its state-wide base of operations. This project should be the first of many new buildings constructed at the campus located on Hwy 47 in Bryan, Texas in close proximity to Texas A&M University’s main campus in College Station. AFPG installed the fire protection system for this new complex which includes a fire pump and a combination Class 1 standpipe system and fire sprinkler system for the four story 300,000 square foot building.

This was the second project for which we were contracted by Skanska Building USA because of our experience with BIM 3-D modeling.  We’re confident the time and effort that goes into this 3-D design and coordination definitely helps the production process move along faster and with fewer conflicts.
